Orders containing a computer:
- For shipments to the peninsula/Portugal they will always be sent by Sending, service 24/48 working hours, to which we will add the 2/3 working days of the preparation/testetting of the computer.
- For shipments to the Balearic Islands we will use Sending shipping, service 48/72 working hours plus 2/3 working days for the preparation/testetting of the computer.
- For shipments to Europe (Zone 1, 2 and 3) the order will be delivered by land transport SEUR, service 2-5 working days plus 2/3 working days of the preparation/testeo of the computer.
In all cases orders placed after 12:00 noon are counted as having been placed on the next working day.
No orders are delivered on weekends, so all orders sent on Friday in the case of mainland Spain/Portugal and on Thursday or Friday in the case of the Balearic Islands will be delivered from Monday in the case of mainland Spain/Portugal and on Monday or Tuesday in the case of the Balearic Islands.
Orders that we consider to be particularly fragile or of high value will not be shipped on Fridays to avoid them being held at the carrier's facilities under conditions that we cannot control in order to reduce as much as possible the possibility of something not going the way we want it to.
Orders placed 48 hours before and during a holiday period will start to be processed after the end of the holiday period. We will notify customers of this after the order has been placed.
Shipping information for periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, sales...):
- For orders to mainland Spain/Portugal: Assembly and testing (9-12 working days) + shipping (48/72 working hours).
- For orders to Balearic Islands: Assembly and testing (9-12 working days) + shipping (48/96 working hours).
- For orders to Europe: Assembly and testing (9-12 working days) + shipping (5/6 working days).
Orders for accessories or peripherals (without computer):
- For shipments to the peninsula/Portugal will always be sent by Sending, 24/48 working hours service for orders with verified payment that are made from Monday to Thursday until 12:00 noon.
- For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Sending shipping will be used, service 48/72 working hours.
- For shipments to Europe, SEUR land transport will be used, service 2-4 working days.
Special conditions for the Express PC category:
The products in this category are closed configurations, which means that it will not be possible to customise them (add, modify or delete components) under any circumstances.
If there are other items in the order from different categories, they will be processed within the usual timescales. If they are accessories, we will do our best to send them together, otherwise we will contact the customer to notify them and look for a solution that meets their needs.
Nitropc undertakes to ship any of the products in stock exclusively within the PCs Express category within 48 working hours of receipt of payment. The latter should be taken into account especially for orders placed, for example, by bank transfer or financing. Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays are not considered working days.
The latest time for the order to be dispatched within this period is 12:00 Monday to Friday (Spanish peninsular time).
If the customer makes any request that affects the order before it is dispatched (for example, a change of address), the customer accepts that the order may be delayed by up to 24 additional working hours.
Shipping costs:
Please check the final price in the "Shipping method" section during the purchase process. It is not necessary to finalise or pay for the order.
SHIPMENTS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Currently we do not offer the possibility of making shipments to these three locations due to the large number of problems experienced in the past derived from transit times, condition of the merchandise upon receipt and Customs management. Sorry for the inconvenience.
All shipments include 100% insurance as standard of the value of the merchandise, so that in the event of any loss, deterioration, theft, etc., the lost material would be replaced again at no additional cost.
